Our client, a leading Out of School Hours Care Provider require experienced Diploma qualified Childcare workers for Coordinator and Assistant roles throughout Perth Metro and Regional area on an ongoing basis, including the following:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and operating a high quality OSHC program that provides:

Duties & Essential Job Functions
Programming for the Out of School Hours Care Program
Plan, implement and evaluate a stimulating and diverse weekly program relevant to the developmental needs of children attending the program, including those with additional needs.
Ensure program plan is outlined within the school newsletter and on the wall at the program.
Facilitate interactions between all children who attend the program through programming.
Document observations of individuals or groups of children for planning purposes.
Operate the program within the Quality Assurance, National Standards for Outside School Hours Care guidelines and State and Territory Licensing requirements if required.
Manage all resources required at the program including equipment and art / craft supplies.
Manage the overall budget associated with the successful running of the program.
Completion of daily checklists relating to the successful running of the program.
Communication and Liaison with Key School Contacts
Develop and maintain a positive partnership with parents and guardians including greeting parents and informing them of any relevant information about their child/ren attending the program.
Establish and maintain links with the school through a designated school representative and regular meetings where possible.
Provision of information relating to the program within the school newsletter.
Attend to any parent complaints in a timely manner and escalate to the Regional Manager where a solution / outcome is not met.
