Workers Compensation Claims Administrator

  • Full time hours - Canningvale location
  • 1 Year MAT leave contract

Our clients are a leading marketing and distribution company, operating in the grocery, liquor and hardware wholesale industries.

 

They currently have a need for an experience OHS/Workers Compensation Administrator to join their workers compensation team on a MAT leave contract.

 

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the claims database
  • Customer file management
  • Customer enquiries
  • Sorting of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data integrity and reporting
  • Managing hard copy and soft copy candidate files

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and client liaison skills
  • Proven ability to work within a workers compensation discipline
  • Proven ability to record manage candidate files
  • Intermediate MS Suite
  • Experience in FigTree or similiar software
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must

The role is to cover MAT leave, it is to commence in April and with a full handover provided.

 

It is a supportive environment with a hands on manager.
